This is kind of weird. According to The Telegraph some lunatics in Ireland decided to have a horse and cart race on a national road. Harnessed to a cart with two wheels and a seat, known as a sulky, the horses were recorded racing down the main road from Mallow to Cork, one of the busiest routes in Ireland, on Saturday. Around 60 spectators in cars and vans can be seen following racers as a police car attempts to stop the race by blocking the road.
