Time lapse view of Earth from Space Station

I guess we all have trials and obstacles in life we have to face. I have found myself thinking and questioning things over the last 24 hours. Sometimes it helps to put things in perspective and to try and look at the bigger picture. I came across this video on Youtube and it's well worth a look. It runs for a while but even if you only got a minute to spare try and watch some of it. The scenes are absolutely amazing. I really found that watching this put things in perspective for me.
